Congratulations

Nice work — now pick your reward.

When a colleague sends you an award, you choose the brand — coffee, groceries, a flight, or the whole value straight to charity. It's yours to spend, and nothing comes out of your pay.

Awards are issued by your reward provider. Card details are held by the issuer, never by Total Reward Benefits.

Three steps

How it works

Two minutes from recognition to a card you'll actually use.

Step 01

A colleague sends one

Your manager or a teammate nominates you and picks an amount. Approvals route automatically when one is needed.

Step 02

It lands in your account

The award appears against your name with the note the sender wrote. You'll get an email at your work address.

Step 03

You choose the brand

Browse the catalog and pick what suits you. The issuer creates the card straight away and it stays in your account.

What this program will never ask you for

Gift card offers are a common disguise for phishing. Real award notices are easy to tell apart once you know the pattern.

  • Never your network password or MFA code.
  • Never your bank details or card number.
  • Never a fee, deposit, or shipping charge.
  • Never a phone call pressing you to act now.

If a message claiming to come from this program asks for any of the above, don't reply and don't click. Report it to the security team and delete it.

Good to know

Common questions

Who can send an award?

Any employee can nominate a peer. Managers hold a larger monthly budget and can send without a second approval. Amounts above the standard tier route to the sender's manager first.

Is the value taxable?

Usually yes — recognition awards are treated as taxable income and appear on your pay statement. Payroll handles withholding automatically, so there's nothing for you to file separately.

Does the award expire?

You have 90 days to choose a brand. After that the card follows the issuing brand's own terms — most don't expire, though a few do.

Can I change my mind after choosing?

No. Once a brand is selected the card is issued and the transaction is final, so pick carefully.

I left the company. What happens to my award?

Unclaimed awards are cancelled on your last day. Cards you've already chosen are yours and stay in your account.

Pick your brand.
